DU Meter Monitor your computer speed when on the Internet and transferring files to detect possible viruses. This allows you to work with your ocdebox screen while also being able to watch your data usage. On my computer, all I end up with is an animated graph with bitmteer labeling of either the x or y axis.
As an added benefit, all data can be exported to a spreadsheet or numerical chart for detailed viewing.

Two or three months of use should be enough time to gauge it. The built-in calculator is useful for computing the speed and size of download and upload activities.
The figures displayed on the lower part of the main window represent your current download DL and upload UL speeds.
In terms of settings, you can choose how the graph behaves across your screen. So far so good, but i still have to wait and see just how accurate the data monitoring actually is. If you spend a lot of time online, especially on file sharing networks such as BitTorrent, Kazaa and eDonkey, then a bandwidth monitor is almost indispensable - giving you real-time updates on how effectively your connection is being used, and alerting you to any problems immediately.
This is caused by capture for the 'loopback' adapter being enabled, on the Settings screendisabling capture for this adapter will provide a more accurate picture of your bandwidth usage.
